Crystal Lozano is our Sr. Director at the 45 & west location. She has been working for Chick-fil-a since October of 2013. Some of her hobbies include scrapbooking, planning and organizing. She loves all things Disney and enjoys spending time with her pugs, Zoey and Dory. Her favorite color is navy blue and hopes to one day go skydiving. 

Jackie Ruiz is our Guest Experience Director at the 45 & West Location, she is an expert in all things Chick Fil-a. Previously she worked at LittleYork where she started her Journey in 2014. Some of her hobbies include gardening, watching Tv and traveling. She hopes to one day visit Japan and enjoys listening to Bad Bunny.
