• Receive and respond to a role proposal 

• Attend Class

• Complete job description training with assigned Director

• BOH inspections: Ecosure & QIV

• Get Servsafe certified

• Watch & Respond:  “Grit Video”

• Read & Respond: “True North”

• Review QIV, Food Safety & RDR with Sr. Director 

• Complete 3 months of End Of The Month Process

  • Counting & MBSS

• Complete 1 CFA Visit and meet with the person in your role & answer questionnaire-Jon

• Role Proposal expectation follow up convo

Director

***have executed any role successfully for 12 months

• Receive and respond to a role proposal 

• Watch & Respond to: CEO of your Development: Ryan Leak

• Read and respond to “Integrity” 

• 12 month process

  • Every quarter rotate role

    • 1. • • training, quality & Q.E role

           • Last quarter execute your role

• Complete the director presentation. 

 Sr. Director

• Receive and respond to a role proposal by Operator Jon Goolsby

• Must be in good standing at director level role for 2 years

Executive Director:

• Based on Operator discretion
